The Wiz is based on the well known story of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.  Mayhem’s production of this musical version is mysterious, lavish and fanciful - with Dorothy's adventures in the Land of Oz set to music in a dazzling, lively mixture of rock, gospel and soul.Florence Nash has directed an amazing show that reflects why Mayhem received the Flame Award for best musical last year. It was difficult to find fault with casting or performance - I could just sit back and enjoy.
